Ditch the Trust Fall: Unconventional Team Building That Actually Works in Kearney
Standard corporate trust falls and stuffy conference room retreats are officially outdated. When your team is battling deadlines and the afternoon slump, putting everyone in a standard meeting space for forced bonding rarely yields genuine connection. True team bonding happens when you get people out of their everyday element, break down the standard office hierarchy, and inject a little friendly competition into the mix.
If you want to plan a company outing in Kearney, NE that your employees will actually look forward to, it is time to step up to the throwing lanes at Axe Holes Kearney.
Breaking Down the Office Hierarchy
One of the greatest benefits of booking an axe-throwing event is that it serves as the ultimate equalizer for your staff. Sinking a bullseye is all about proper form and focus, not just athletic experience or brute strength. This levels the playing field instantly. You would be amazed to see who in your office secretly has the best aim!
Cheering each other on and watching the quietest person in your department consistently out-throw upper management builds authentic camaraderie that carries back into the workplace. It gives employees a dedicated space to relax, laugh, and genuinely relieve some stress.
Sparking Creativity in the Splatter Room
If you want to encourage creative problem-solving, trade the whiteboards for our blacklight room. In our Neon Paint Splatter Room, your team can gear up and let loose to create a colorful, chaotic masterpiece together. It is an incredible way to step entirely outside of the corporate mindset, encourage unconventional thinking, and bond over a shared, messy experience.
The Ultimate All-In-One Corporate Event Venue
Planning a corporate event in Kearney can be a headache for office managers when they have to coordinate multiple locations. At Axe Holes, we handle all the heavy lifting so there is no need to herd your team from an activity venue to a separate restaurant.
Once the tournament wraps up, your crew can transition straight into our spacious night lounge. We offer delicious food and refreshing canned beverages right at our bar, plus retro arcade games and tabletop games to keep morale high all evening. You get the thrill of team-building exercises combined with the laid-back vibe of a great local hangout.
